Should I walk around the house with you?
Absolutely. I am happy to explain everything I am inspecting. There will be times where I will need to focus and evaluate, but feel free to tag along and ask questions.
Can my agent be there too?
Yes! Agents are encouraged to be there and be engaged so they can know what they’re writing up in your Repair Request Addendum.
What should I be looking for?
My reports have lots of images to help you better understand the comments that go with them. I break down the reports into areas that include maintenance, recommendations along with defects and safety hazards.
The summary will be the most helpful area of the report, right at the top. But it’s always recommended that you read the entire report.
Will there be recommendations on who to call?
With each comment I include which type of contractor you will need to search for to get quotes.
Can I call you if I have questions after the I get the report?
Absolutely. This is one of my favorite services of the inspection, helping you understand the report, so that can make an informed decision. Call, text or email and we can go over your concerns.
Can you give me some preferred contractors to call?
I have a few contractors that I’ve worked with in the past that I can recommend. I still encourage you contact at least 3 in each area for quotes and do your own research.
